Elite Custom Glass guarantees your glass to arrive unbroken and to the precise specifications of your order. Because each piece of glass from Elite Custom Glass is uniquely made to order, we CAN NOT accept returns unless the glass is broken or incorrectly manufactured. Once the customer receives the order it is that customers sole responsibility to care for the glass. If your Glass is not made to your specifications you must notify Elite Custom Glass within 72 hours. After 72 hours Elite Custom Glass will not be held responsible for errors in manufacturing.


If you receive your order and it is damaged or not to your specifications you must notify our Customer Service Department within 72 hours by calling us toll free at (844) 340-4546 or by contacting us. Because every piece of glass ordered is unique and specific to your requirements Elite Custom Glass cannot accept returns. Please note that while industry standards may vary, Elite Custom Glass has a finished glass tolerance of 1/8" (plus or minus). If your glass is within our cutting tolerance then unfortunately we will not be able to accept returns and/or replacements.
